Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. Next-day delivery is not offered for out of stock items.

Sizing

All of our cuffs 6” wide and have an adjustable copper band inside. However, if you’d like to request an extra small or extra large cuff email kerry@etkie.com

There is a $20 custom fee charge for all custom sized orders. Unfortunately, we have to charge this because we pay extra to get our copper cut in specific dimensions. Thanks for your understanding!

Production Time
Online orders take 10 business days to create. If our artisans finish it sooner, we will ship it! Before major holidays we suggest ordering 2 weeks before you’d like to receive your purchase.
Can we visit?
Our offices are not open to visitors at this time but we are working on setting up days for you to come visit our workshop.
How are the bracelets made?
Everything is handmade from start to finish. Every single bracelet is unique, which means there might be slight variations in each piece. If you’re not happy with your bracelet, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate.

While our mission is to create jobs, our artisans are private contractors, which means they are their own bosses. We help them set up legal, invoicing and billing. That also means that production of our bracelets are done from their homes. We’re not fair trade certified (its expensive!) but we have gone through the NEST compliance certification for homeworkers. Our number one priority is the happiness of our team.
