At a glance

Within 15 days of delivery: return for a full refund, less shipping, or an exchange.
15 to 30 days after delivery: return for store credit of equal value.
After 30 days: we cannot accept returns.
Sample Sale cuffs are final sale.

How to start a return

Sign in at account.etkie.com with the email you used to place your order.
Open the order and follow the return instructions.
Pack the cuff unused and in the condition you received it, and send it with an insured, trackable service.

If anything goes wrong along the way, email kerry@etkie.com and she will help.

Conditions

Returns must arrive unused and in the condition they were received, or they may not be eligible for a refund.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
We cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in the mail, so please use an insured, trackable service.
Return windows are counted from the date your order was delivered to the date your return is mailed.

Please don't order to choose

We ask that you don't order several cuffs to choose from and send the rest back. We're a small business, and every cuff is made by hand. While a cuff is out on an order it won't be kept, it can't go to someone else who wants it. Larger companies with a lot of stock on hand can absorb that. We make our cuffs each week, in small numbers. If this happens on an account more than once, we'll cancel the next order. Thank you for understanding, and for respecting our team's time.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for it to be processed. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Repairs

Occasionally a bead will come loose. If it does, email kerry@etkie.com with a photo of your cuff. We handle each repair case by case.
