Shipping policy

Our shipping schedule is designed to ensure prompt delivery while accounting for the practical realities of small business operations.

Business Days: Our shipping operations are active on business days only. For the purposes of shipping, business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Processing: Orders placed on a business day are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Schedule Example: If you place an order on Wednesday, the counting of shipping days starts from Thursday. This means Thursday is the first business day, Friday is the second, and the third business day will be Monday, assuming no intervening public holidays. Weekends are not counted in the shipping days.

Delivery Timeframe: Please note that the estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout is based on business days only. Weekends and public holidays will extend the delivery timeframe accordingly.

General Shipping Rates:

Shipping Next Day ( 1 business day) via UPS - starting from $35.00
Standard Ground USPS or UPS (2-3 days) - between $5.00-$8.00 depending on residence
Orders over $400 - free UPS shipping
