Shipping policy

Our shipping schedule is designed to ensure prompt delivery while accounting for the practical realities of a small business.

Business days: We ship on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order processing: Orders placed on a business day are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Shipping schedule example: If you place an order on Wednesday, the counting of shipping days starts on Thursday. Thursday is the first business day, Friday the second, and Monday the third, assuming no public holidays in between. Weekends are not counted.

Delivery timeframe: The estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout is based on business days only. Weekends and public holidays extend it accordingly.

Shipping rates:

• Free U.S. shipping on orders over $500
• Standard shipping, USPS or UPS (3 to 5 business days): $5.00 to $8.00 depending on where you live
• Next day, UPS (1 business day): starting from $35.00
